In these sessions, we work with the intelligence of your body using a variety of modalities, such as reiki, earth + energy medicine, jin shin jyutsu, and breathwork. These sessions allow us to explore your soul's deep messages with the intention to bring transformational healing and clarity. This is achieved with energy clearing, working with guides, soul retrievals, acupressure, and whatever else is intuitively required for your individual session.

Working with the Seven Major Chakra system, these sessions intend to identify and familiarize you with how the Chakras are manifested within your body and life. During the first half of this session, we will work with the modality of Reiki and the stimulation of acupressure points to move stagnant energy. We will end the session exploring the specific Chakra(s) of focus. Each session includes a pre-session and post-session check-in and offers takeaway tools for support beyond the sessions.
