All of my sound therapy sessions are personalized to your needs. I will guide you in a personalized meditation and will play singing bowls at specific frequencies and patterns to retrain the cells in your body to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

This offering is for a sound bath to rejuvenate your spirit in time of chaos. With the use of singing bowls and other tools, I will help bring your body back into alignment to reduce mind chatter, tension, emotional blocks, and physical pain.
