In this experiential group session, Laura leads us through three rounds of Gamma breath so you can get a feel for it before breathing on your own.

Laura recommends using the Sacred G technique 1-2x a day, on a daily basis. The more you practice it, the more you’ll experience the benefits of Gamma breathing. Note: don’t try it before bed as it can be incredibly energizing!
