Join licensed physical therapist, yoga teacher and coach Kerry McGinn in an interactive nervous system reset. In this community event, we’ll explore tangible, powerful ways you can nourish your nervous system with techniques that fuel the physical body and tackle daily stressors. These are easy-to-do practices that anyone can do at your desk, in your home, or on your yoga mat with no experience or physical abilities required. You will leave this event feeling more grounded, calmer and more in touch with your body and how to care for it.
How to prepare:
–Find a comfortable space to sit with room to stand
–Grab a tennis ball and foam roller if you’ve got them, but not required!
