My healing mantra is “where spiritual & physical meet.” This mantra is rooted in heart chakra energy. Before each session, I set my intentions for the highest good + highest healing and to be a clear channel of divine light + wisdom. I focus on the centre of my chest and affirm to myself my intention is to reside within my heart centre.

I have been a dedicated Volunteer with Burnaby Hospice Society and The Bloom Group Cottage Hospice, where I have had the valuable opportunity to hold space for others during a difficult time of transition while providing complimentary Reiki & Energy Healing Services.
