Join Sheila Masterson for a workshop on embracing self-care and embodying The Lovers card. An often misunderstood card, The Lovers is the card for Gemini Season, and an opportunity to notice our relationship with love: how we give it, how we receive it, and the ways in which we struggle to feel worthy of it. The Lovers card offers us a glimpse into the depths of our hearts to see how we can better love ourselves.

The Lovers Tarot Embodiment workshop is an opportunity to learn your own personal recipe for self-love. We will discuss the meaning of The Lovers card, how embodying this card can bring new insight into how to receive love and affection, and how you can start to be a better understand your needs. We will combine breath, Reiki, guided meditation, and journaling to find a grounding approach to taking better care of ourselves in a way that suits our individual needs. You will leave with a blueprint of how you can best advocate for the love and support you need in your life, not just from others, but also from yourself.
